AddyLab located just east of Officer’s Row (Vancouver, Washington) opened in the summer of 2000 to provide Southwest Washington residents affordable, convenient, quality water testing. AddyLab is certified by the Washington State Department of Health for drinking water analysis.

AddyLab provides the same water analysis services that the Southwest Washington Health District Laboratory provided before it closed due to funding cuts.

AddyLab is owned and operated by Carl Addy and Tom Newman. Together they have over 60 years of combined experience with chemical and bacteriological analysis.

Mr. Addy previously managed the SWWHD Lab and is a Registered Sanitarian. Tom Newman, a local consultant (Newman Environmental Services, Inc.) has extensive laboratory background in public health, wastewater treatment and environmental chemistry
